  • No alcohol
  • Clean eating, no junk or processed foods.
  • Read 5 pages a day of a self improvement book.
  • Two 30 min workouts a day - With at least one outside.
  • Friday Foto - take a weekly progress pic
  • Track progress on a calendar.

If anything is missed on any day, you must start over from Day 1.
